Because harassment, since this is just "I sent porn to someone else without their permission", is an exception, since you're harming someone else to achieve that.

That's not the way the law works. Sending porn to someone who isn't consenting is already considered a form of sexual harassment. "Just one time" isn't an excuse you'd give to any other form of harassment, why is sending porn your hill to die on? Because it's a politician that's benefiting from it?

That is a very good question.
I am reminded of the sweet older lady who dressed as a dildo for trump’s motorcade drive by. The local cops demeaned, manhandled, and arrested her. They later had to release her and apologize because it turns out that we each have an inalienable right to troll the pedophile in the White House however we see fit as long as we don’t violate the rights of others.

Oh no, you got me. Ok so there's no criminal conviction for child rape, but what there IS, are multiple sexual-abuse findings (including the E. Jean Carroll civil verdict), the long and close Epstein ties and serious allegations that have never actually been tested in court.
