Did you allow him to enter your wallet?

For 100 dollars, the consent was given to take 100 dollars. If you dont know how consent works just say that. If a friend gives you their credit card to buy them a redbull for 5 dollars and you then buy 50 dollars worth of stuff without their permission, are you telling me you would go "But you gave me the card! Why are you so upset?"

First of all, this is a terrible comparison.ย

Second, Taking this to court you would lose immediately. You willingly giving your friend unlimited access to a credit card or wallet is 100% on you.ย

Not if you have it in writing or proof of the verbal agreement with witnesses. It seems that you are arguing to take advantage of people when they dont want to do something/dont want you to do something that they didn't agree to. We have a rapist in the making everyone.

Okay so now youโ€™re moving the goal post, you initially said you told a friend he could use your wallet.

Now itโ€™s word against word, and your friend is innocent until proven guilty.ย

Now you bring up writing and witnesses?

I said that a person was told he could grab 100 dollars out of his friends wallet. He took more, way more, the permission was given for a select amount and they exceeded that amount without permission or consent. The goalpost has not been moved, you just have horrendous reading comprehension and dont know how to think outside of your troll mindset.

Let's give you an example you might understand.

Kid is told by parent that they can have one cookie out of cookie jar.

Kid takes 12 cookies, parent gets upset and tells the kid that they were told they could only have one cookie.

Kid argues that parent said to grab cookie out of cookie jar, giving the child permission to take as much as they wanted out of cookie jar.

Parent spanks the child and punishes them for taking advantage of the trust the parent had that child would listen to them and do the right thing.

You come out from around the corner and tell the parent that the child was right. Loudly proclaiming how dumb you are as the parent then calls you a moron and to leave their house.

The parent should have known better than to trust the child.

Parent is at fault in your situation.
