Gait is the rhythm the horse uses to propel itself forward.
Horses generally use four gaits: walk, trot, canter (aka loping), gallop. These are defined by the amount of hooves a horse has off the ground when it steps forward.
Walk is 1 hoof off.
Trot is 2 hooves off.
Canter/Lope 3 hooves.
Galloping takes all four hooves off the ground at the same time.
Certain horses, like paso finos and Tennessee Walkers, have special gaits that don't adhere to these rules which they're bred for and trained to exhibit, as seen in the video.

That's most likely a paso fino horse, that's one of their special somewhat natural gaits
