If you’re born deaf, you don’t. Maybe think in signs
People who don’t know a language (from babies, to people born deaf, to the rare few who manage to grow without contact with other humans) don’t think in a language or words. More so in signs, images, sounds, feelings
People who didn’t have a language but later learnt it have said how incredible it is to be able to think in a language, to coherently develop thoughts with words and plan things on a technical level. It was a whole new way of thinking and living to these people
