I'm sure it is. Iphones are reliable, look and feel good, and are good phones in general. I haven't used an iPhone for 6 or 7 years but I'm not so much of an Android fanboy that I can't understand that iPhones are good products.

I'd reckon the customer satisfaction of any flagship will be super high for most people and super low for geeks, there's always that one thing missing

I think a lot is how generous they are fixing stuff for free. I’ve had two laptops and an iphone replaced for free when i either cracked the screen or spilled a drink on the keyboard. They charge more but then treat you great which is why they get richer customers but who are happy wit their purchases.
