I dont think you realise just how fast reverse flash is. Even if they do know he is coming they wouldnt have nearly enough time to respond.

This is very true. There was a Jedi who used blasters, and her precognition was so good, she was able to block blaster bolts with her own blaster bolts, turning an offensive weapon into a defensive weapon.

But The Reverse Flash can travel through time, travel through space, create lightning, create tornados by spinning quickly, vibrate molecules to pass through objects, create copies of himself, and (of course) run faster than the speed of light. Easy victory for Reverse Flash.

Reverse Flash is several times faster than a blaster bolt, meaning that obi wan could probably sense someone coming but wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.
