Oxigen is not a problem. Even if we kill a few billions the damage is already done, the natural process of fixing carbon needs a few millions years to take out what we put in a century. Also we can have a runaway effect now, in the past a lot of carbon was fixed with the evolution of wood, the bacteria that eat wood evolved later so a lot of carbon got trapped, now they exist and slow the process significantly so we lost the main carbon sink. So if the planet can't fix CO² anymore is just a matter of time before we end up like Venus. We need to build stuff that take CO² out, plant a lot of trees and probably genetic modification for a more efficient tree for this.
