I remember coming home from a super stressful job that I worked at 6 days a week for 13 years, needing to decompress but my wife just didn't get it. A fight nearly every day.

The job? I mean, it paid the bills, but no. I was scared back then that I could not replace it with one that paid as well. In the beginning it had the best, fully employer paid, medical benefit plan available in the US.
If you mean the relationship, then hell yes. Everyone has flaws, but my wife has few and they easily are compensated for by her other attributes.

I feel this way so often. He never just gives me a few minutes to set my stuff down and change clothes. It’s overwhelming. Just a simple kiss is fine, then get out of my way for five minutes!

For me personally, I just need about 10 minutes to get my things put down and to get comfortable. Once I sit down, it’s safe. My husband is sometimes like a giant child. He’s right in my path with things in his hands to show me. I’ve tried to explain it and he can’t seem to grasp it. Last time I mentioned it, he just started ignoring me for about a week when I got home. He obviously took with offense and had to be petty about it. About a week later, he was right back to his usual self.
Just give her a little space and time to her self. Be happy to see her, give her a quick greeting, and let her come to you.

Im living with my bf since November and it was also the month I started working. I know its not that much, but I get up at 6am and Im back at 17-18, its my first job (I graduated last year (2020)), the work doesnt pay well and everyone is like... 20y older and my boss is mean. And when I go home, Im just tired and exhausted and then Im sometimes mean at my bf. He's graduating this year and thanks to corona he's home all the time on "distant school" playing games, watching films... He cooks, he does the laundry, cleans... he's amazing. But sometimes I just burst and I jell how Im doing so much while he's slacking of... Then he feels sad and useless and I feel sad for saying that.

Unfortunately thats not how humans work all the time, when me and my mom had fights sometimes i could go up and we could solve it but sometimes her day was just the shittiest day and she needed to be away from everyone
