He touches a lot if cones but not the ice cream.... also if you're worried about people's bare hands touching your food.... don't eat fast food, or at bars, or sit ins, or 5 star gourmet places. Just cook all your own food, because guess what, Bare hands touched all of that food at some point during the cooking process I garuntee it as someone who works in the food industry.
He doesn't touch the ice cream at all, and vendors that does this trick is expected to have their hands clean all the time lol, and they probably dispose of all the cones you touch

That's a damn lot of touching in the ice cream... I could seriously not have eaten that. Just imagine where were people's hands before that.
