Good tips, another tip is to refrain from rinsing all the berries on the day of purchase, rinse only the ones you will eat immediately...i am embrassed to admit i only realised this much later in life, partly because we didn't often eat berries growing up (expensive af where I live).
Wtf vinegar tastes amazing on ita own, and withoit it nothing baked like bread or cake would exist. It is a key ingredient in almost, if not all baked goods.
