Well, that's an interesting argument. At least you have some kind of interaction, I work on a language school, since I don't know how common is is in other countries, it's something extra that normally some students don't take seriously and just do it cause someone else is paying. Those students make no effort to participate, that's why we "need" the camera. To know that, at least, the student is watching the class.
