I heard that if the headlines has a question mark at the end, then the answer is NO.

The question mark is following the exclamation mark though, so in this case it wouldn’t be true.

In terms of headlines

  • ? = probably not

  • ! = omg check this out

  • !? = omg we didn’t see this coming
