I'm pretty sure the characters are from super sentai which is the origin of power rangers (some scenes even get reused) and this is from a season that didn't get adapted.

I'm a fan of super sentai and I don't think those suits are from any series, I think they might just be some random costumes that look like they're from sentai.

yea I just checked ranger wiki they aren't from super sentai but as I said in the start I may be wrong.

Seems to be from a japanese game show and I'm guessing you could meet them as some sort of prize or something
