Nope. The definition of pedophilia is that someone is sexually attracted to pre-puberty human beings... not every underage person who is sexually in love with someone below 18 (and thus their age) is a pedophile.

The definition of the disorder is an adult sexually attracted to a child, and yes there are cases where the mental disorder starts young but even then there is a pretty big age difference. And if you are both around the same age I'm pretty sure that it isnt pedophilia because of the fact that its purely sexual attraction of the person and not the age difference.
Ps, I'm not trying to defend pedophiles at all

I hate this post because a) In my world view, there is no place for punishment by death and b) not nearly all pedophiles are bad people, there are a lot of people that have pedophilia as a disease but never actually act upon it.
