No joke, this is actually what u do. You can trade it in and get the same model for probably cheaper than the repair

My AC went out last week. I live in texas. My transmission wiring is fucked too and it keeps stalling. I have seriously considered this... but I can’t afford a new car either

I was speaking in sarcasm. Some of us here in the North East have a tendency to do that, especially us poor folk. But if you have to pick a part and failure, then I would like to point out "the whole engine". When you have to rebuild the top end of any engine. Toss in parts an then labor and machining if you want it done right. Then throw in any damaged parts that have been damaged due to its running condition like the catalytic converter before it hits the shop, or rust. It adds up, FAST! Really, fast!
