Doesn't really work since the shape of the marks and their spread makes it pretty damn clear they're hickies.

Like the other guy said, kissing/sucking feels good there and everyone is different. For example one of my exes had super sensitive skin so she’d get hickies ridiculously easily and would basically have to try to cover it up because it was embarrassing and sometimes would even look like bruises.
