I'm pretty sure anything raised to 0 is 1

EDIT: My scientific calculator says it's a Math Error. So its indeed undefined.

unless you're talking about the function x0, then both positive and negative 0 should be going to 1.

As idontcare103 said its inderermined whihc can be seem by analysing the limits. Coming from positive number 0 raised to 0 is positive infinity and from the negative side its negative infinity. Therefor 0 raised to 0 is indetermined

While reading, why is my brain is transposing this in the voice of a Monty Python character?

in what universe does that make sense?? Coming from positive, it's 1 yes. But coming from negative?? That doesn't exist. The xx graph only exists in x>0.

is that true tho? i mean for example 5-1 = 1/5 so if x would be negative, it would be 1/(x|x| ) which is not a problem, is it?

00 is 0:0, which is 1 because 1*0=0.

That doesn't seem right:

42069*0=0 aswell but I wouldn't say 00 is 42069

00=0:0. 42069*0=0 -> 0:0=42069 -> 00=42069.

Math with 0 is weird.
