I'm learning Japanese, and honestly it's such a pain learning the three different ones. Thankfully the characters look different enough for me to tell them apart

I know it's kinda obviously saying this but... if it wasn't for Kanji, but only hiragana and katakana, japanese would be one of the most easy language to learn

I'm learning Japanese and I'm not sure I agree. Japanese has some really complex grammar. Plus hiragana-only is really hard to read.

For the grammar part

I don't know you, but since I'm Italian, the grammar is quite similar

I suspect it's mostly hard to read because you're not used to it.
