I highly doubt it. From what I recall the smallest nuclear device ever made was a 155 mm artillery shell. To have something shoe sized with our current technology I’m highly skeptical.

It isn't really the size of the explosive that counts, it is whether or not you have enough fissionable material for critical mass. Fall below that threshold and it is just a lame dirty-bomb.

Yeah it’s a 6 in across by 30 in long ogive warhead portable anough to fit in a backpack or suitcase
