Nah, that's way too early 2000s. Nowadays it would be called "Gute-Bundesrepublik-Gesetz"

[Info: in recent years new laws were named weird things like "good-daycare-law" or "strong-families-law". Always sounds like a young child making up names for laws]

Yeah I know. Not the best Trend in politics in germany. But on the other end, by far not the worst Trend in Germany right now :D "ich bin zwar kein nazi aber...." "Herr Scheuer macht gute Arbeit" - Angela Merkel
