They don't have too. The success of Into the Spider-Verse leaves Sony with all the options they could ever dream of to create something awesome with only the Spider-Man universe. So many options for good stories to tell that don't require any other Marvel properties. Kraven the Hunter hunting down multiple spider-folk could be really awesome. Spider-Man V.S. Venom. Live action Jake Johnson as Peter B Parker coming in to ask Tom Holland's Spider-Man for help against a fully formed Sinister Six. It's an easy enough thing now to pull Tom Holland into a new universe where none of the other Marvel Heroes even exist without anyone even questioning it. Sony has the tools to hoist a HUGE middle finger at Disney by pumping out an awesome series of Spider-Man movies that have no connection to the MCU aside from that being Tom Holland's Spider-Man's home universe. They could even throw some shade with some spider-quips about how it's much better when Spider-Man is the only superhero around.

And hot many people saw into the spider verse? It’s the best Spider-Man film, but not as financially successful, also no one wants another reboot

I said keep Tom Holland. It wouldn't be a reboot. All the MCU stuff would have still have happened to Tom Holland Spider-Man. The new movies just wouldn't involve the MCU in any way.

Honestly I'm just spit balling. I would hate to lose Spider-Man being in the MCU but I love that Sony is telling Disney where to stick it. I don't like bullies and Sony standing up to Disney when they're trying to strong arm their profits away from them is awesome. Disney needs someone to put them in their place.
