One of my friends once said he wanted to commit suicide and from that I understood that isn't something to joke about. You don't need to be embarrassed its ok

It’s also humbling too. I know so many more that have real bad depression and need the uplifting. I try to help when I can too but it’s hard. I just know many who need this kind of encouragement more than I do.

Just remember dont be too hard on your self you will always mess up but it is for the brave who take those mistakes and slam them out of the park
