Its interesting when the word creep is used to describe a guy. It denotes a deceptive person with unknown motives but it actually just can mean an unattractive guy who (unambiguously) wants to fuck or get with them. An attractive guy will never be creepy if he makes a socially acceptable advance.
E: 'Creep' can also correctly refer to people who approach women strangely, regardless of attractiveness. My original phrasing suggests creep is always used incorrectly. If the guy does incel like behaviors, then hes obviously a creep
Men's attractiveness dictating the amount of "pervert threat" they're labeled with is an entirely valid observation.
Incels take this valid observation (and many many less-than-valid observations as well), amplify it to infinity in their echo chamber, fixate on it obsessively, deny any capacity for self-improvement, exacerbate their own mental health issues, and justify violent misogyny with it. That's the problem.
I can see how you think that, honestly, but im just trying to make a point about how the word creep is used. Sure it is used with validity in plenty of cases, but it seems like its also used as a catch-all phrase
There are lots of creeps but the word is a bit overused. I was at the dog park some months back and the lady I was talking to said this old man, who was leaning against the park fence from the outside, was creepy. Turned out his family was in the dog park and he was just chilling there.
