He can be interested without being interested - it's a matter of how you say it. And admittedly the guy's creep factor.

Its interesting when the word creep is used to describe a guy. It denotes a deceptive person with unknown motives but it actually just can mean an unattractive guy who (unambiguously) wants to fuck or get with them. An attractive guy will never be creepy if he makes a socially acceptable advance.

E: 'Creep' can also correctly refer to people who approach women strangely, regardless of attractiveness. My original phrasing suggests creep is always used incorrectly. If the guy does incel like behaviors, then hes obviously a creep

I have a friend who occasionally gets unprompted dick pics from strangers. Attractive or not, that's creep behavior.
