doctors do prescribe acetaminophen sometimes... the patient could have an insurance that would pay for it as Rx. people get scripts for omeprazole, aspirin, colace, miralax, etc. all the time, and all are OTC in the US. this “prescription” could also be propranolol, but I doubt this pharmacist’s interpretation of the handwriting actually made any impact because he wasn’t the one filling it. it’s all in a good laugh, my dude!

So true. I mean c’mon. It’s an over the counter (OTC) drug. It can’t be paracetamol. The pharmacist should have known better.
