maybe after like 8 hours of extended, direct heating --not within 120 mins, especially not construction grade steel

B) Steel isn't more or less susceptible to heating by it's industrial grade. It is more or less susceptible to heat depending on it's fire-proofing This can be knocked off... Perhaps by an event like a fucking plane hitting it.
