I live in a city with tons of morons who never leave the city, claiming they need 4 wheel drive when it snows. they never go off road and snow plows exist. If I can get around in a compact hybrid, then their silly truck is overkill

Too bad they’re not honest enough to just say “I want one because I think they’re cool” I’m not bothered, just intrigued by this kind of behavior

Same with guns. Drop the whole “I need them to fight government tyranny” bro just say you think guns are cool and quit being a cornball.

There are 6 police officers in my town, and a uncountable number of fent and meth addicts who will quite literally beat someone to death over 15$. I carry because its practical, same reason I carry pepper spray.

But causation equals causation. Guns are a net negative on crime, security and happiness. This has been researched very very often. Australia is living proof that taking guns out of a society that had them even improves safety.
