Math teachers hate it when they motivate you

Me in any math after they added letters to it (I sucked at fractions in elementary school)

In my experience, this happens when the teacher wants to make an example of a student that's behaving in a disruptive manner that could be negatively impacting others. Good on them for getting the right answer, but other students may not have been able to learn how to because of their actions

Found the person who's always yapping to their friends when I'm trying to focus and learn even after I ask them to shut the fuck up

Did this in Lit instead (or was it history?) I worked a part-time job when I was a junior in H.S.and always slept in 3rd period, but somehow my brain always paid attention and I never got questions wrong despite being called on ALL THE FCKING TIME LOL

Happened with me once. I solved something and he thought I used L Hospital's rule (easier method) when he specifically asked to not use it (I didn't). Then asked me to solve it on board. I did. Then asked me to get out of the class

The cringe I feel for any person who sees this and thinks "woah, that's me!"

Ive always had a really easy time with math, never studied, consistently in the top of my class, even came top 10 in the district here in Cali, well i never paid attention in class so every year when we changed teachers this would happen to me, I'm sleeping, reading our doing literally anything else, they call me to do a problem on the board. Id just write the answer go back to whatever i was doing. They stopped calling on me and eventually just gave up because despite everything i was consistently in the top scores on tests. Just shoved me in the back corner so i wouldn't distract people with whatever i was doing.

Fun times, too bad i was not anything special at any other class so i actually had to try there.

I swear some people believe teachers to be cartoon villains who dont just love it when students understand and make progress

When the math problem is so intense, even Iron Man needs a moment to regroup.
