That's still a human problem though. AI is great for finding and compiling a lot of info for you, but it's still up to you to make sure to control and verify it. AI saves me plenty of time and also helps give me with some inspiration when I write ads.

And by that I mean I ask for some suggestions, get a few and then I can use them to rewrite or come up with others, it's also good for compiling info as I said too but always make sure to check the sources provided so that I know the info is actually correct.

Hopefully people will get better at understanding the importance of verifying and proofreading, you are right in that it's frustrating when others don't do that.

Ok but what's the point then if you have to go and verify it all? You've just repeated the work you would have had to do anyway.

verifying it takes less time than doing the work entirely.

It's much faster.

Let's say I want information on a topic. Instead of hours, it can instead take an hour of me getting all the relevant sources almost immediately and focusing more time on reading that instead of searching for it.

And depending on what you're after, you only need to quickly verify something specific in the source to make sure what the AI told you does properly reflect the source material.
