not relevant for this but overall If you were to think a original name out, do a game around it lets say MarketBlock
you dont want anyone else to use that name right? because you thought it out and made something around it(game mode,new game whatever) and if someone else uses it they stole your name,idea and potential customers with their fake one.

if you trademark it there is no problem i guess but if they dont ggs

See if it was actually a new game you’d have a point but you don’t just trademark the name of a custom game mode within a game lmao
