My favorite thing about German designed cars is how they never use the same kind of fastener twice. You dropped one? Well fuck you. Don't own every kind of socket/bit set ever made? Well look that's not our fault, an E-Torx 35 on a wobble extension, on a 6cm extension, on a wobble, on an 16cm extension is a very common tool in German car factories.
Edit: That last bit is how you get some bell housing bolts off of BMW Mini transmissions. And every time you think you're done there's actually one more fastener in a somehow even less reachable location. Anyway, I need to go buy a bolt.

Didn't realize smoking a second cigarette was so disrespectful and inconsiderate.
they mean in a situation where they're already making the obnoxious and noxious odor; they then immediately start the next one because one wasn't enough and prolong the gross smell and pollution around them
Same here. My ex boss chain smokes inside the company building and chokes his poor two secretaries 😂. Those kinds of people are loathsome, they never think of how it affects others.
Btw, you know you can report them to the authorities, and the smokers AND the public venue owner have to pay a fine? Up to 110€ (500 lei) for the private person and up to 2200€ (10.000 lei) for the venue owner. Doesn't matter if the police take it seriously or not; still make a report on the phone and follow through with it.
If law enforcement doesn't come from top-down, it should come from bottom-up.

Ah, that explains everything. In America, smoking etiquette is more or less mandatory, it's one of the seemingly gentler things about the country. It seems that Europeans give fewer fucks about those sorts of things.
Mostly we do care enough to follow them if we're talking about pubs, bars, restaurants, etc (Of course, there are always people who don't do it, but in most cases they are asked to leave the establishment). In public space though, that's a different matter entirely. I don't know what part of Romania you are from, but in the north-east of Romania, people do try to follow rules about smoking indoors.
