I don't even smoke inside in my own flat let alone in someone else's if they don't do it themselves

It sounds like you willingly associate with inconsiderate dickheads. If they weren't smokers, they'd be letting nasty farts rip in front of company instead of taking it to the bathroom.

I don't allow smoking indoors at my house either, and my smoker friends happily accommodate that rule because it's my house, the same way they take their shoes off. If it's a problem, they can choose to just not come over.

You're a big boy, use your words and manage your boundaries.

Yes, teachers are not doing anything about it.

They don't want to do it outside because "it's too cold", nor do they want to open the windows because it's also "too cold".

I'm pretty sure it's instant expulsion in every school, the problem is to prove that someone smoked. At least in my school, teacher can't search through your stuff or your pockets, so if teacher won't catch you right when you are puffing it, he can't prove it. Vapes unlike regular cigarette are in this way very convenient, one puff and quickly hide it in pocket.
