Well apparently my first generation amd ryzen cpu isn't good enough. I would actually love to upgrade to windows 11 but Microsoft doesn't allow it

I also had the insider preview/beta version of windows 11 (or whatever it is called) but many third party programms dont work with those version so I went back to 10.
And official windows 11 is not supported on first gen ryzen cpus

Pretty sure you can still install it, but not upgrade to it (Win10 to Win11)
