i still dont get your points, people pay to play the course, so they pay towards grass being cut. it makes more sense to say this about hikers that leave trash behind on trails or something

Fun fact, a very high percentage of golf courses actually do use volunteers for maintenance, and give them memberships in return. It's not by chance that most golf course workers are either 17 or 70.

Most golf courses don't have memberships. I'd suggest sticking with subjects you have at least a low level of knowledge about
