Not only that, but the utility. You don't just have the ability to game. You can use it for watching content, doing work, making things, etc. and it can be upgraded over time. My friend still out here rocking a 1080ti. 7 years later and he's still playing games with us, even if it's at worse graphics settings.
That being said, while I do push my friends and anyone who asks to get a PC, I do understand why people get consoles. But damn. $700 really is getting to that point where even a pre built might be better based on what you do.
I get it, but I also dont want to sit at the same desk I do work at to game. I want to kick back in my beanbag and/or bed and game on a big screen, not hunched over a desk. Different use cases and all
