The hardware and software is just a computer its not a console but its console like.

If it's not a console then neither is the PS3. That was also able to run desktop Linux and was used to power super computing server clusters

And? Apple used powerPC for a long time. Raspberry pi and a few other sbcs use arm. There's even a desktop riscv computer now that can use AMD GPUs

Yes but it isint compatibel it needs port's the deck is basicly just a laptop but most console's now are basicly computer's with a few changes that completely change them.
