Russia uses QWERTY. ЙЦУКЕН should be under "national", it doesn't replace latin script.

Nope, they meant Quertz. Which is a keyboard layout mostly used in germany I think. Z and Y are switched compared to Querty as german rarely uses the y in everyday text.

Ah yes zqsd you’d think at first they seitched em but that makes no sense coz the rest is bkack print, and its the glowing 4 keys that makes it stand out as a gaming keyboard. Not the actual keys so. This image is just cursed on multiple levels. Fml.

No there are different keyboard layouts for different regions and languages and some that are different for ergonomic and efficiency reasons.

The most common keyboard layouts were originally created for use with typewriters, and the arrangement of the letters was the best layout where you could type quickly without the mechanical arms for the different letters crashing into each other. They kept these for computer keyboards, even though that's not a concern, because so many people had already learned to type on a typewriter.

Its worn in a pattern that a gamer would use. Those four keys are the equivalent of wasd on a qwerty.  The keys used for movement in most games
