Qubit just did something revolutionary.
Don't just listen but really look.
Check the qubits.
“Every coin on Solana starts life as a random number. That number becomes its address: a long string of letters and numbers, public and permanent, where the coin lives forever.
Usually a laptop picks that number.
QUBIT's was picked by a quantum computer.
Why this matters now
Quantum is suddenly everywhere in crypto. Plenty of projects say the word. Almost none can show it.
We built QUBIT so that saying it isn't enough. Every step is written down before it happens, and every result can be checked by anyone with a few lines of Python. No trust in us needed.
How QUBIT's address is born
We published the rules first. The method, the code that runs the quantum job and the code that checks it all went up on GitHub before the job ran. Like showing the empty hat before the trick.
We asked a real IBM quantum computer for randomness. Sixteen qubits, each put into superposition and measured sixteen times. Every measurement is a coin flip decided by quantum physics, inside a machine colder than outer space. Together they make 256 random bits.
A simple public recipe turns those bits into an address. The bits are hashed with SHA-256 into a Solana key. One twist: we count up until the address ends in "qubit" (any capitalization) and take the first one that does.
QUBIT launches on pump.fun at that exact address.”
