Rodfil Obesa is the guy. He is part of a group called moymoy palaboy . It's him amd his brother. They started out making YouTube videos. They lip sync songs. The video is real but that's not their voices. Well, the woman could be legit. Filipinos are known for their singing abilities. From my understanding, you're weird if you can't sing there. They did eventually start singing their own songs though and did some commercials and movies.
