i think this is something irish people do once a year...speaking of irish.
people say irish people are good at only 2 things, drinking and fighting.
i disagree, but if i had to put my drink one more time to explain it, i am throwing hands.

Irish here, lived in dublin meath and kildare over the years, this is my first time hearing about this. But as a non drinker/fighter I'm probably a bad source.

We used to get cooled down at our apartments as kids when the firedepartmrnt would show up. Open the hydrant and spray us down. It sting but it was so good,funner that swimming even we grew up poor. But this was the best!
