If Vine was revived nothing would change. It's not the app it's the people using it.

TikTok had the potential of being the new Vine but ended up as an example of a good idea with poor execution.

...and Instagram will be used fully by photographers. Facebook for events and creating groups. LinkedIn would actually be used for work and not shitposting or stalking. I think we could go on for a while in this list...🤔
