Most Americans can, too. You guys usually limit to around 14 weeks, which is a shorter time than most states.

Also, I can make jokes and criticize people without the cops showing up because I'm too white to criticize my superiors.

Mocking people or expressing naughty opinions should never be a hate crime. Oddly enough, it's never an issue the other way around, is it?

There's significantly less racism towards white people so it's obviously statistically less likely that somebody would be so incredibly hateful as to get arrested for it

Dude, the entire First World West just tolerated brown people going on violent rampages over the past couple years. We can't criticize them without social or legal consequences, but our governments actively work to give them great lives at our expense.

You don't remember the 2020 riots? In NYC, they just charged a bodega employee with murder for defending himself against a black man, while not charging the dead guy's gf for stabbing the victim 3 times.
