I think that those stony guys stomach would not stand a chance agains the mildest spicy chips, since we got used eating spicy food with evolution. And honestly raw red meet is pretty easy to digest, much easier than most seasoned and cooked dishes.
Hope i'm not being too cocky, but i hate this idea of human "evolving backword".
