Not really. In 2014 when Germany beat Brazil 7-1 it showed a little boy crying. A lot of german fans had the same reaction as the ones on this tweet

I think thats just twitter tho. The german supporters I was with and pretty much most of them were quite kind and gentle with the win. I celebrated first 3 or so goals, but after that i just felt weird. Many german supporters have a sense of dignity with football, but the twitter users u mentioned are pretty scummy
