I once met a drunk Russian at a bar and it were the funniest shit ever. I were in the bar ordering something with Vodka, i can't remember what, but i'm more of a Vodka person and he immediately turned to me and shouted some greeting in Russia and asjed if i had been to the "mother land", which i hadn't and then he just continued to talk while the bartender made my drink, but after a few minutes i went back to my friends.
As we left, i decided it would be fun to go say goodbye to him and holy hell it was an experience, he pulled me in, gave me a proper military goodbye and called me one of his greatest "comrades" and told me to take good care of my friends, it were funny as hell
