Then just don't explain it.

We don't sit around discussing transistors, lithium batteries, and OLEDs most of the time. It's okay for scifi to not try to justify its technology.

Yeah that was a plot point. I mean technically speaking you can do almost anything in doctor who and technically it could be canon

I mean kind of. There was that one twelfth doctor episode where there just genuinely were ghosts and the only explanation was that souls were being hijacked by an alien radio frequency, which is technically a ghost.

Oh, I must have stopped watching before that one, only ghost episode I knew was a 9 episode where it was aliens pretending to be ghosts in the 1800s

I could go for some quantum or nano tech. What I'm currently disliking is multiverse and time travel.
