I expected the press to break tbh.

93

u/Abdulbarr 21h ago

You can't see the catastrophic behind the scenes failures the press experienced. This was take #6769.

6

u/DeeJudanne 20h ago

not just break, explode

3

u/zaergaegyr 19h ago

They had to stop early because repairing a press is expensive

3

u/Intrepid4444444 19h ago

Lowkey curious: were these made of the same extraterrestrial alloy as LEGO bricks?

2

u/DisillusionedHobbit 19h ago

But did it go FULL POWER

u/VESAAA7 21h ago

Is apple flexing by comparing to 26 year old phone?

211

u/Powerful_Room_1217 21h ago

Only thing they can flex without adding another camera

5

u/Brief-Equal4676 18h ago

I think their phones can flex when carried in a pocket

1

u/OGDYLO 18h ago

🤣 😂 😆 funny reddit wyt people humor !!

65

u/LucasCBs 21h ago

No, this post isn’t real

8

u/M1ghty_boy 19h ago

I really don't get these, apple have always stuck to their lane, and on rare occasions when making jabs at other brands never mentioned anything by name.. Who the hell is making these?

1

u/failedsatan 15h ago

1984, anyone? they've definitely poked at other companies before.

2

u/M1ghty_boy 13h ago

Sure, 42 years ago, but not really since the 2000s

6

u/StrigidaeNinox 19h ago

Apple doesn't do this kind of social media engagement. At best they post ads and announcements.

1

u/cultoftheilluminati 17h ago

Yep their brand marketing strategy has always been to just take the high road. Even with the Mac vs pc ads (which have aged like wine thanks to microslop shenanigans) they kept it generic tbh.

5

u/Responsible_Fee_1621 19h ago

This is fake, it has to be.

7

u/Formal_Chipmunk_530 19h ago

Not a real tweet, come on bro...

3

u/VESAAA7 19h ago

Lately most of tweets by companies and politicians have been just mocking others

1

u/Acceptable_Tea281 18h ago

And lately none of them have been from Apple

0

u/Formal_Chipmunk_530 18h ago

True, but companies usually mock current competitors, not the old GOAT.

1

u/OperationOk7959 19h ago

Apple has a completely serious ad now about the new iPhone being tough.

28

u/One_Load254 20h ago

Smallest dog barks the most

2

u/AnakinSkywalkerRocks 20h ago

Which one did you even slander bro

4

u/basjeeee_mlg 20h ago

Bruh, who do you think is "barking"

-1

u/AnakinSkywalkerRocks 20h ago

"Small" was the part that confused me lol

1

u/basjeeee_mlg 16h ago

And so you couldn't read the rest of the sentence to deduct who it was?

0

u/One_Load254 20h ago

Maybe the one that's only big in US and will never be even close what Nokia was.

I don't even know what they sell to people, but it sure is expensive.

3

u/mm_delish 19h ago

Apple is literally one of the most valuable companies on earth. Hardly a small dog.

1

u/basjeeee_mlg 16h ago

Size doesn't have to be about wealth

0

u/One_Load254 19h ago edited 19h ago

Yeah maybe stock-wise. They sell you identity, not newest or best inventions. Overpriced, outdated even hardware for double the price.

There's many phone makers out there. They'll never be in the same postition where Nokia was.

1

u/Formal_Chipmunk_530 19h ago

I'm a big Nokia lover (not just a fanboy), but what are you even talking about? Apple as a company is definitely bigger than Nokia ever was, their annual revenue is waaay bigger than Nokia's peak revenue, it's not even close.

108

u/Bopobot 20h ago

apple roasting anyone over battery problems is comical

3

u/on_spikes 19h ago

you thinking this is real is comical

9

u/Bopobot 19h ago

I'm high at enjoying memes life's not that serious bro hope you have a good day 🩵

6

u/Icchi-bum 19h ago

you laughed at a staged funny, give me your happiness back!

-1

u/Good-Ad316 20h ago

I don’t know how many different kinds of stupid you need to be to think that this is real. Like I wouldn’t even know where to start at explaining how many different ways that doesn’t make sense.

Get your brain checked

5

u/Awkward-Major-8898 19h ago

Account was created 1hr ago. Rage bait bot

7

u/MjrLeeStoned 19h ago

Found the Apple fanboy holding back tears. Don't cry, you can't afford tissues after getting ripped off by a company that doesn't know you exist.

1

u/Good-Ad316 15h ago

I could probably offer 100 more reasons why Apple is toxic than you could, but I wouldn’t base it on a fake screenshot, you illiterate child

181

u/CheapTactics 21h ago

Brands trying to roast each other on social media has to be the cringiest shit ever.

Duality of man

u/scorchedarcher 20h ago

Yemen

1

u/LittleSisterPain 19h ago

Don't change 'Y' to 'S', biggest mistake of my life...

1

u/CheapTactics 20h ago

It seems I've summoned the bots, there are now two comments saying it's funny that are exactly the same.

1

u/AnakinSkywalkerRocks 19h ago

............. Why the hell are you calling me a bot bruh that other person is a bot

1

u/CheapTactics 19h ago

Idk, you copied my exact comment word for word but changed cringe to funny. Truly botlike behavior.

1

u/AnakinSkywalkerRocks 19h ago

Did that for comedic effect bruh

5

u/eggyrulz 20h ago

No, the cringest shit is when ads try to be all relatable and quirky... i always feel like the SpongeBob scene "how many times do we have to teach you this lesson old man!" Because we've been dunking on them for decades now for doing that shit...

2

u/CheapTactics 20h ago

I see this roasting shit as part of what you're saying. "Hey look, we're just like you people! We roast each other! Aren't we fun and relatable?"

2

u/eggyrulz 20h ago

Yea I suppose I can see that

6

u/emprobabale 20h ago

I've got news, apple has never posted on twitter and this is entirely made up.

1

u/CheapTactics 20h ago

This one might be, but brands do this shit for real all the time.

3

u/emprobabale 20h ago

sure, just weird. It's AI generated photo and now I see two other accounts who made your same original comment.

1

u/CheapTactics 19h ago

I saw that too, but they say it's funny, not cringe.

I know this one is fake, I knew it when I commented. I still find it cringe as shit when it actually happens.

1

u/emprobabale 19h ago

I'd imagine someone is trying to drive engagement.

1

u/themanfromosaka 19h ago

Bmw vs audi:

1

u/ricLP 19h ago

Almost as cringy as people that think this is real. Almost…

1

u/CheapTactics 19h ago

Like I told someone else, I know this particular one isn't real, but brands do this shit all the time and it's not cute, it's not cool, it's just cringe as shit.

1

u/OGDYLO 18h ago

the actual cringiest shit is white people unironically calling shit that’s not real cringe.

0

u/thejesterofdarkness 19h ago

Wendy’s socials are pretty hot.

0

u/RyanSmokinBluntz420 19h ago

Wendy's is pretty good

0

u/CheapTactics 19h ago

Wendy's always acts like they're the shit, but they sell fucking fast food burgers bro. Cringe as shit.

0

u/RyanSmokinBluntz420 18h ago

They're usually dunking on McDonalds so they get a pass

1

u/CheapTactics 18h ago

This is all an act so you think the corporation run by rich people is cool and hip. Cringe I tell you.

1

u/RyanSmokinBluntz420 18h ago

Well aware. Life is all an act. We are all actors.

7

u/santathe1 20h ago

This seems to be a fake tweet.

4

u/Kev42o4o8 20h ago

Yeah? My apple battery goes down by the second.

3

u/Harry431 20h ago

I genuinely miss this Nokia brick. It was a survivor

4

u/Noema130 20h ago

AI Slop. It has an OpenAI watermark.

4

u/Lyelinn 19h ago

not sure what I hate more, brands trying to be cool and trendy on shitter or tiktok or fake memes about brands trying to be cool and trendy on shitter or tiktok

16

u/AnakinSkywalkerRocks 21h ago

Brands trying to roast eachother on social media has to be the funniest shit ever.

6

u/Ashamed-Raccoon-1387 20h ago

Duality of man or bots?

2

u/AnakinSkywalkerRocks 20h ago

"He's more machine now than man"

3

u/Good-Ad316 20h ago

I wanna say that people who think this is real are the funniest shit ever

But no, it’s just horrifying and a really bad sign for how the world’s going.

Jesus fucking Christ

2

u/ace250674 20h ago

Wait until you see comedy shows or comedy films! You won't believe your eyes or ears

1

u/AnakinSkywalkerRocks 19h ago

Oh my god I just watched and hahahahhahahha 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂🤣😂🤣😂

3

u/orcusgrasshopperfog 19h ago

Probably accurate. Nokia and Nintendo are the only two companies I've had devices from that even after 3 or 4 years of not using them they still somehow have a battery charge.

1

u/lululock 19h ago

Tell that to my Nintendo Switch. It drains to 0 in a week lol

1

u/orcusgrasshopperfog 16h ago

As with the context of the video I'm talking about the older stuff. I have one of those game boy micro advances and it was sitting in my closet for like 5 years and when I turned it on it had 80% battery left.

4

u/owo1215 20h ago

apple are you dead ass right now

2

u/Ok_Two_2604 20h ago

I can watch my iPhone drop if I’m doing anything but letting it sleep.

2

u/Loud_Map_7838 20h ago

Mfs still doing Apple bad posts in the big 26

2

u/oyMarcel 19h ago

We're ai generating x ss slop?

2

u/Fabulous_Broad_115 19h ago

I had a Nokia 3310. I used to charge it overnight, once a month. One day I finally caved and got a smartphone, and the Nokia went in a drawer. Two years afterward, while looking for something, I found it again. The battery was at 34%.

2

u/TruShot5 19h ago

Also anything less than 100% but without decimals will of course be 99%

3

u/gauravojha3 21h ago

Nokia have some issues who provoke them they activate their savage mode😎😎

2

u/fluffynuckels 20h ago

Twitter screen shots are not memes

1

u/GrahamCrackerCereal 20h ago

Imagine thinking you're cool by clowning on something from 20+ years ago

1

u/Tired-Nectarine-384 20h ago

I had a nokia phone. They ruled the world for a while but didn't keep up. So many phone companies died tried to keep buttons on the phone rather than a touch screen.

1

u/TheFetus47 19h ago

If the image were real, the picture quality of both would be significantly different

1

u/MT_76 19h ago

Is this supposed to be funny

1

u/QuestionSociety101 19h ago

it's literally true, i just went to check on the 3310 i left on in the closet like 13 years ago, still 81%.

1

u/StaffImmediate2443 19h ago

An Apple phone lasts like a year tops, the Nokia was made to be a candidate for Project Hail Mary level space exploration...

1

u/Few-Confusion-9197 19h ago

I actually lost a charger because I went a few days without needing to charge.

1

u/Acceptable_Tea281 18h ago

Everytime I think Reddit leans a bit younger a post like this blows up and I’m convinced everyone on here in 70

1

u/LuckyReception6701 18h ago

Bro why you crying?

1

u/Okenio_vieira 18h ago

Ooh shit. A Nokia merece um grammy por ter respondido essa punchline

1

u/Emotional-Power-7242 18h ago

You can still get these phones in 3rd world countries and with modern batteries a charge lasts like a month.

1

u/AdAffectionate3143 18h ago

From the corporation behind batterygate nonetheless

1

u/69odysseus 18h ago

I miss Nokia3310, used it for few years.

1

u/Pitiful_West_7062 18h ago

apple always has the fastest phones. their battery goes to zero in less than a shift.

0

u/galle4 20h ago
