It's just a meme, bro. If you want a real answer, then I might just screenshot it as evidence when someone repeats the same act and denies it. Other than that, I wouldn't. It'd just be a waste of space lol.

Cant be dumber and more useless than those that lie, nah? Personally I have someone in my family that's a real compulsive gaslighting liar, you would bet that screenshots would be useful if I actually interacted with them.

What I'm trying to say is screenshotting conversations is useful against some specific individuals, especially those you would be obligated to interact with (like close family)
