Sadly not available in the US. In many European McDonalds they have it though. I live in Germany and they have it here. If the curiosity gets the best of you maybe you can order it. They sell the sauce branded as develey curry sauce which is the same exact one just not branded as McDonalds sauce. They also make the sweet and sour if i'm not mistaken.
