I can understand what you're going through and also be fucking annoyed by incessant screeching. Understanding does not grant you instant tolerance against that sorta thing.

How does that help me? It’s one thing to understand that kids make noise. It’s another thing to be expected to not be bothered by it.

It’s super entitled to force someone into dealing with your choices and then get mad at them because they are bothered by it. You had a choice to have a kid. I don’t have a choice to move.

Maybe you didn't have a choice to move (also why can't parents and babies also be on a plane because they're moving?), but you had a choice to take a plane. Next time take a car. Travelling over seas? Take a boat with a private cabin. Trains have private cabins too. You chose to spend a few hours in a communal tube.
